Diving flashlight cree MC E only 2 parts working

Have a diving flashlight cree MC E 640 lumen.
I've noticed that only 2 of the 4 parts light up. Can anybody help to find the problem, is the led wich has t be replaced, is it possible the driver for the led.
And where can I buy spare parts for this flashlights.

The MCE is set up so it can be wired a few different ways, it's likely that they just soldered to the wrong pins or there's a bad solder joint in your sample, someone with hands-on wiring knowlege with mce's should be able to help you out.

A picture of just the LED with no reflector would be helpful for troubleshooting. Take the head off or something.
