Do you also get the Flashlight Spam?

Not me.

It would be interesting to know if a member got the same spam while not having a flashlight related website. That would mean the email was culled from CPF and that I would have to take action.

I would be happy if it was only Vi@gra spam or flashlight spam, somehow some shady websites flood me with lots of crap I'm never going to spend my money on. Don't know how to get out of these mailing lists, I won't reply to the remove option on the bottom of the mail.
I did receive some LED or flashlight spam for a while, haven't seen any though.
I didn't receive very much email spam throughout the last months but suddenly since two weeks ago it increased noticeably. Don't know what I did. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif
Thank godness the other Klaus gave me the link to a very good email filter solution.

Nevertheless it bothers me.

They keep sending emails trying to get me to buy their flashlights like I am a dealer. They are sending quantity rates and talking about line of credit and so forth. I emailed back to them that I am not a dealer. I think I will just have to block them.

I haven't gotten it. Yet. I haven't gotten any flashlight spam. Just tons of straight Adult spam, a bit of Gay spam, lots of Viagra and enlargement pill spam, spam to buy spamware (mass mailing software), home loan spam, and the occasional Nigerian Email Scam spam. It all goes in my Blocked Senders list, which is getting huge. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Interestingly, I only get spam in my roadrunner accounts, but, not my runbox account, which I have for my yahoo groups.

I have the exact spam as you do, except without the Nigeria Scam... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohgeez.gif

Looks like I get the same crap as you.
I have tried the blocking route...but these spammers must have some new software. Headers like "Why did you e-mail me?" or similar. I tried blocking VIAGRA but now they use variants like:
V1agra
VI@GRA
V*IAGRA
V*I*A*G*RA
and so on.
The Kielbasa aint limp yet! I dont want/need the stuff!
Really starting to P!s*S M3 0fF
Every time they have one of those "Click here to be removed" links, they dont work. If it wasnt illegal, I would go back to the days of e-mail bombs and re-routing site links for revenge. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/twak.gif

I get the same kind of spam that Charles Bradshaw gets, but not much in the way of flashlight spam.

And I also get that Viagra spam, and my filters never get it all because of all the spelling variants and asterisks they use on that word. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jpshakehead.gif

I hardly ever use those "Remove Me" links...but those few times I've tried the link has been bad. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

There's some great "Engrish" on that site:

"Suitable for: lighting for stair or open lock in the dark place."
"bulb easy to be broken"
"aluminium case, anodize many colors"

I took a look at the "pro-flashlight" site. Lots of TwinTask / Nuwai knock-offs, a few Led-Lenser knock offs and what might be a CMG Reactor knock off.

All suitable for the dark place....
