A Synchronic light will brighten your night walk. How bright is it? How does 100 billion times brighter than the sun grab ya? Don't think it'll fit in my jeans, though.

Here's it's daddy, born in 1947. It's only 3.3 billion candlepower but you can tow it with your car, anyways. :grin2:

I wonder when engineers stopped dressing in suits and hats and dress shoes, and began wearing white smocks.
 
There was a thread here a couple months ago from a guy that bought a vintage-surplus light made by general electric IIRC, on its own trailer,the lens must have been 6 feet across. It's one of those things they shined up into the sky during air raids in world war two. It makes that 1947 light look like a 2-D mag-light !! Me and search-functions aren't on the best of terms or i'd have posted the link, but if you want to see the mac-daddy, look it up !!:twothumbs
