Do your Quark Minis have cloudy lenses?

I've just received my Quark Mini AA neutral white and noticed that when the light is on, there is a cloudy/milky film on the inside of the lens. It's not clear like the rest of my Quarks.



Are your Mini's the same way? I'm wondering it is normal and maybe its just the AR coating. Looks like it would interfere with the light output.
