That spotlight would appear to use a 25w Halogen lamp. As a approximation, you could expect about 20 lumens per watt, giving a total of 500lm. Allowing for losses, maybe 400 lumens out the front.

Changing to an LED would probably not be worth it, as the focus would likely to be all wrong.

but u may put some multiple LEDs in a multiple reflector .

Thanks is there a LED torch that produces equivalent light in a smaller package.

Couldn't find the size specs for that but pretty sure the M2X, TK40 etc is smaller and they output about 600 lumens.
