Ok someone needs to make a good drop in for the UK SL, Rat and Photon Torpedo. Seems like it would be easy I am surprised nobody has yet.

Not enough volume I'm guessing. You can always just remove the existing emitter and solder a new one in place (depending on the emitter).
In some cases there is so much baggage (DIR) that no one may be interested as well. No electronics wanted, no constant current, driven by alkalines a requirement...maybe no one cares enough to deal with it.
