Does anyone make a dummy cell that you can open up and store stuff inside?
If you've got a 6D Mag and LED modules only come up to 4D,
why not put the extra space to some kind of use?

I had to laugh when I put your CPF name and what you wanted to do together. I wonder what one would put inside a D size cell Mr. Tiedye?

Anyway that sounds like a pretty cool idea.

Maybe 3 spare AAs :D
(If the dummy runs a metal strip along the side embedded inside the plastic and the container area is totally insulated. )

Or you could put some pills in there...
So much for waterproof pill holders!

im currently experimenting with the 6D mag running 3D cells and a cut down paper towel tube....seems like a good idea....

usb drive? haha, matches, small fenix light? lol. Have to be insulated with conductive ends on it.

You can fit a Schedule 40 1" PVC tube in a mag D to use C's as a spacer, probably could make it into a dummy cell too, but not much room inside 1"...
