Duracell Precharged Rechargables

Hi all,

I've been reading up on these batteries from Duracell and took a trip to my local retailer to have a look at them. As people have found, and from what I confirmed in the store, there are the 'white top' rebranded eneloops and the 'black top' rayovac hybrids.

My question is.... does anyone know if Duracell is moving from one type to the other or is it a 50/50 thing? Do they continue to make both or does one need to stock up on the specific type before they are faded out?

Any more info would be appreciated.

It appears as though Duracell is switching from Duraloops to Durahybrids. But that is simply my observations in stores and here on CPF. YMMV
