Used 2,000 mah nimh AA's for rt's.
As usual, lightmeter reading are EV's (Exposure Values) with a reading of 8 being what I consider minimum useful illumination level
Horizontal X axis in 30 minute grads.

Initial impression, measured similar output to SSC'd Elly, brighter than L1P.
Specified 65 lumens, I'd say about right.
In the dark, it is visually brighter than SSC'd Elly, as the flood area is not at all dark, nearly same as central spot. (I don't have an integrating sphere)
Very lightweight, no lanyard, small lanyard holes.
Tailstands on the large rubber switch cover.
Some of my nimh's tight fit.
The head end is unpotted though, for battery removal, etc
And........the head fits onto a L1P, same threads....but L1P head won't fit on this torch body, threads too short on body.
Don't seem to have any increased output using Lithium AA's.
In fact exactly the opposite, output with Lithium AA's is approx half stop dimmer than with alkalines !
Output with charged nimh / alkaline pretty much exactly the same.
Conclusion: Smaller than Elly SSC/Cree, more output for shorter time than Elly SSC/Cree.
