I'm looking at the EagleTac PN20A and Fenix LDO1 key ring AAA. Or is there some other one I should buy. Besides those two I have posted.

I don't especially care for the AAA sized battery so I cannot speak to the specific models you are considering. I own one Fenix and can say I am pleased with its build and quality. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Fenix.

There are lots of choices, 4sevens (Preon) and ITP and Maratac and IlluminaTi are also available in about the same price range.

The EagleTac is very new, i.e. not much is known about it yet.
The Fenix is a good one, especially new new revision with a really low low level (This revision has exactly the same name).
But there are many other AAA lights, I love them in titanium and my favorite is the LiteFlux LF2XT in titanium (This is a custom modification).

I have compare various AAA lights in these beamshots:

I personally would choose the Eagletac, I LOVE 2 mode lights with forward clickies and that change modes by tightening/loosening the head.

pwatcher suggested Peak and I do agree their Eiger with the medium optic is really something special and you have options of body styles, metals and output levels, however they are only single moded and you have to understand that Peak is a small company and it does show when you order something and it does not come as quickly as one would wish.

I don't think the PN20A (the 1xAAA) has a clicky. The EagleTac site says that it's a twisty: tighten for low, tighten further for high. The PN20A2 is the one with the clicky and loose/tighten UI.
