It's been over a week now since I sent an email to Eagletac customer service regarding my dad's G25C2 Mk 2 that I have him as a present a couple years ago. It randomly changes modes and turns off on him. Next time I'm down to see him I will try to clean the contacts and see if that can help. It doesn't seem like too much to ask though to at least get a response from Eagletac with a warranty issue on a $100 plus light. How have other people's experiences been with Eagletac customer service? All of my Eagletac lights have been flawless for me, so this is the first time I've had to deal with a problem with them.
