EagleTac T10C2 vs DBS2: best thrower?

Which one do you think woud be the best thrower? it seems Eagletac is getting 295 lumens out of the XR-E.

Edit: That Eagletac isn't much of a thrower at all, is it? The reflector seems much smaller than the DBS's.

Lumens does not matter that much when it comes to throw... DBS is one of the best throwers, while T10C2 is an all around light.
