Elzetta hi/lo tail resistance?

Anyone know what the elzetta's resistance is for there hi/lo tail? Or how to measure it? Im running my Malkoff M61LLL in one of mine and I'm doing a test on low with a couple of 123's.

Ok. Elzetta tech guy told me it's a 75ohms resistor. Now if I know what it's drawing normally can I determine what it's drawing with that resistor? He tried to explain it to me but I was lost after he said OK😂😂
