EMMERICH IHR18650 - 1500mAh, 15C What is it? Is better than AW IMR18650?

I found EMMERICH IHR18650 1500mAh - constant discharge current 10C and burst discharge current 15C(over 20A) batteries. These batteries, I found only on http://www.conrad.com/ (homepage Conrad is a German) - this site is credible...
EMMERICH IHR18650 batteries are on German sites (14,95 EUR) and Czech sites (407,00 CZK). According to the datasheet is more better than AW IMR 18650 1600mAh. IHR18650 are normal li-ion Li-MN 4.2V battery, not a LiFePO 3.2V. Price cca 22$/piece

I have at home 4 EMMERICH IHR18650 cells, these cells have stable voltage at high currents. On package is written, "Sony Lithium Ion Akku Mangan US18650V1 HBG", but probably they are not these cells " Sony US-18650-V "

Tests are from the local forum of "jirik cz", measured on the device with the resistance management 5miliohm (for example: cells at 15A has higher voltage 75mV)

Bit of a wild question but has anybody dropped one of the Li-Mn batteries into salt water?
Do they explode like Li-On?
