They appear to be similar to a model sold in the states. They are pretty bad quality. They use a couple of coin cells, dim quickly, the batteries are more expensive than the lamp, and it uses a single 5mm LED, which in my experience have been horribly blue.
I'd stay away. Unless your kids are prone to losing stuff, or breaking it...
