I was just cleaning up my "lab" and I found a paper with the test results I did of a Cree XR-C led a few weeks ago. I want to go ahead and get the results here before I lose them.
Unfortunately I do not have a way to measure total lumen output yet so the results are relative and you could extrapolate roughly what the lumen output would be for any given bin if you were so inclined. I cannot tell you what flux bin this LED is as it came out of a small Brinkmann swivel head light that I got at Walmart. However the tint appears to be WH. I unsoldered it from the PCB and soldered it to a very large piece of copper for this test. Here are the results I got.

Forward voltage/ current/ relative lumen output
3.4 350mA 8.8
3.5 400mA 9.8
3.6 500mA 11.7
3.7 600mA 12.8
3.8 700mA 14.3
3.8 800mA 15.4
3.9 900mA 16.3
4.0 1000mA 17.1
4.1 1100mA 18.0
4.1 1200mA 18.5
4.2 1300mA 19.1
4.2 1400mA 19.6
4.3 1500mA 19.9
4.4 1600mA 20.1
4.4 1700mA 20.2
4.5 1800mA 20.1
4.5 1900mA 20.0
4.6 2000mA 19.7/ 23.7*

I did one more test at this level chilled by a "can of air" turned upside down. I was very cold.

I will probably send this to jtr and get him to do some exact lumen measurements for me. If anyone knows how to make a graph of this info and wants to, be my guest.
