No battery holder, I'm not sure if one was offered from fiveMega, I got the light in trade and it is to pretty to use. The chrome deep reflector matches the light perfect and there is not a scratch or mark on either light, they are perfect.

Added finned and grooved 2c pewter, I did not want to carry lights, thought I might scratch or ding them. Might as well sell them. Somebody might get some use out of them.
