that's awesome. i've heard of making your own ice cream, but i had sorta assumed it wouldn't be as good as store-bought. if it isn't a secret recipe, please share (when you learn)!

Depends on how rich the milk you use, the quality of rock salt, and the endurance of elbow grease...

Its better than storebought, Oh, it won't last long....

Current favorite is lowfat chocolate chip yogurt and peanut butter-chocolate chip yogurt. Yummy!
