Hi,
I am looking for a 2C ==> 2D adapter. I have 2 lights (Elektrolumens Blaster VI & home grown) that currently use 2 Li-Ion cells each, and I want to use AWs C cell. My thought was to find someone local who would create them for me, unless someone here has already done them.
My thoughts are:
1.25" Delrin rod 4 1/2" long, bored out 1" for depth of 3 5/8".
Then have a 3/32 hole bored the rest of the length (actually if I could go 5/64, or 11/128 for a pressure fit) and use these for the conductor/button top:
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/items/6LA41, stuffed up from inside, so the head is the contact for the inner cell.
I'm thinking that more would be cheaper, and wondered if anyone else would have any interest in something like this.
