Thread title is misleading. You only get one head and two different bodies. Still a pretty good deal for $64 shipped. Personally I would skip the diffuser and get the package from 4Sevens for $8 more because of their warranty policy.

IIRC Fenix Store had that last winter holiday season for around the same price.(as in end of 2007 to beginning of 2008)

But of course, you still needed a credit card. Maybe a money order would have worked too if you called them.

Can't you give the money in cash to your parents or a close relative and have them order the flashlight online for you? That seems like a good option.. I wouldn't mind doing that for my nephew..
