It comes with one, but Fenix's idea of a holster stinks. after 6 months of use the one for my P1DCE has started to pill up and fray badly, and the elastic eventually stretched, so the light falls out. To top it off, it doesn't even have a cover flap to protect the lens (or clicky, in the P3D's case) and it bounces on my belt because they seem to wear 3 inch belts in China, I dunno...
HOWEVER! I have good news for you.
I just received my P3DCE and, as anticipated, the holster sucks. So I turned to my "EDC junk drawer" and whipped out a few unused holsters. This ones too big....this one too small...this one too small, but...hmm, its brand new, maybe itll stretch *grunt* *shove* It fits!! Takes a little work to get it out, but if I recall, these holsters stretch well, and they're CHEAP!

It belongs to a mini-maglite!!!
Okay, it doesn't have a cover flap, but it rides a lot lower on my belt, so less "grabbing" of things with it, I think we have a winner!

Check out the Maxpedition holsters. I bought mine from www.batteryjunction.com or you can go to www.maxpedition.com . I EDC my Surefire L4 in one and it is very nice.

Welcome garfangle,
My P3D I found to be very slippery with sweaty hands. So now I use the grip and clip from Nite-Ize (AA version). It fits neatly and and clip it anywhere www.niteize.com
