Fenix PD20 Errors?

Hello.

5 days ago I bought Fenix PD20.
Insert new battery Tenergy cr123a 3 V.
Result:
#1 - After completely off don't restoring to default settings.
#2 - For 2 days in the switched off flashlight the fresh battery Tenergy cr123a 3 V down to 2,5 V and the flashlight ceases to work.

Hmm, a flashlight that doesn't work on a dead battery....

What do you REALLY think the problem there is? The light or the dead battery??

If it's that long a wait I suppose I'd try another battery first.

I have 10 fresh Tenergy cr123a from 4sevens. 2 down to 2,5 V and the flashlight ceases to work. Coincidence? And "After completely off don't restoring to default settings."

The CR123 battery with 2.5V voltage (measured without load) is basically empty. If the batteries were 2.5V from the start then you received bad batteries...

2.5v open circuit is dead, no coincidence there.

Can you explain the second point? Past a couple seconds, the PD20 has no memory.

I have checked up the others 8 batteries - 3, 27 V.

Second point. PD20 manual "Keep the light off over 2 seconds and the light will turn completely off, restoring the regulation circuit to default settings". In my PD 20 after off don't restoring to default settings. After ON - the following mode.
