Fenix pd35 2014 and old version Help

certainly a lot of variation from sample to sample so it's entirely possible that the old version is brighter. you should've not been suckered into buying the supposedly brighter 2014 version. even a legit +100 lumens is imperceptible to the eye

and all of these 900+ lumen single-18650 lights have EXTREMELY POOR REGULATION anyway so even a legit +100 lumens advantage will decay to nothing once the battery voltage goes down a bit

It was I wanted the higher lumens but more for the improved runtimes. Anyone confirm better runtimes yet
