Fenix T1 power mode stuck

Hi,

Ive been having some problems with my T1, it seems like the bezel at the front is stuck now so its permanantly stuck on high power mode. Can anyone offer me any advice on how to unstick this?

Do you mean you can't turn the head? Or does it turn on at full power with the head loosened and tightened?

Basically if i turn the head it just loosens the top off, i cant get the bezel to turn on its own so that the power drops, i did take it to bits and got it working again for a bit but its locked up again now so im after a permanent fix.

Oh noes... IIRC every other time this has happened it was because of a CR123 venting incident, doing strange things to the inside of the light. I hope thats not the case with yours.

I am not sure how to get it apart... strap wrenches perhaps?
