I have a one week old Fenix TK11 powered by a 18650 Tenergy Ion PCB 2600Mah. The switch works fine momentary or full on. Both lighting outputs low and high power seem fine. The battery is new, was charged seven days ago and seems to hold a charge. When I look into the glass lens at the LED I see the square LED emmiting a very faint light. I removed the battery and when replaced the glow was gone. After a short period of use I again can see a very faint glow. This is a very faint glow tho last nite the glow was strong enough to "throw" faint light for 6 or 7 inches. I examined the light in a dark room and it seems to have a faint greenish color. Again I've removed and reinstalled the battery and the glow is gone....but for how long? Any ideas?

Fenix TK11 UPDATE

I removed the tailpiece and removed the switch. The aluminum piece with the rubber "O" ring was loose There was no "thread locker" on the part. I used a cir-clip spanner when reinstalling the plate with "moderate" torque. I found no loose metal shavings or anything else unusual, and I examined the entire assembly with a jewelers loupe. I reassembled the tailpiece and the problem so far has not reoccurred.

Eric- I have no mechanical ability whatsoever. I can't figure out how to take this apart to fix it. How did you figure it out? Do you have instructions, video, photo you worked from?
