As the year comes to an end almost, I look at my now very small handpicked collection. Seeing certain items unused has left it clear they need a new home. I now have my Edc lineup. My formal, work and casual lineup. Leaving some items that don't get used and as much as I would like to keep them may they be used by others. Shipping included within the US. Outside US I will get you a quote. I will be getting PMs and will do my best to answer them.

Malkoff

1) Malkoff Wildcat v4- The light is a dual mode light thanks to the high-low ring. Comes in a md3 body with a thyrym grip ring. Has minimal signs of use, not abused. It is a triple emmitter light with a nuetral beam. I have used it with 2x 18500 cells. Asking $ 130 SOLD

2) Malkoff m91N- now this drop in was a treat. No longer made and has been a while, sports a XM-L emmitter That is quite white. This also means the beam is wider than a xpl. If memory serves me right I believe it has 500 lumens shooting out. Will come with a well used solarforce body so you can just pop in cells and run this beauty. Asking $80-$75

3)Malkoff Titanium vme head- needs no introduction, the vme head that holds your Malkoff drop in. This is from the last group buy that was recent. Have not carried or used outside the house. Only checked it for fitment. This one I wish to have kept but it's ok. Asking $134.18- $130

HDS

3) HDS Twisty - This single cell beauty take a cr123 or 16340 cell. Operation is twisty so starts on low-medium-high. Also can be programmed to different brightness levels for all three modes. This version of the light is a warm light version. Quite throwy in my opinion. It's brightness I believe is 100 lumens. Asking $130 SOLD

How low is the lowest possible setting in the hds?

Actually, I did not know there existed a progressive twisty version

I will send you a pm with the details to the lumen chart on the HDS page. Sorry about my wording, in which progressive may not have been the best. What I meant is for mode 1 comes on first. Twist further you get mode 2, twist further you get mode 3. Now each of those levels can be customized to any level you want unless you keep it original factory settings.

I will go over the HDS twisty thread and try to find out about the High cri but I don't think so. It is a nice warm 3500 to 4000k look. Pictures of the led will be made once I get home too.

I think that would be 0.07 lumens, if this is a Ra-100 (V1) Twisty

Programming can be a little bit tricky, but I have reset the settings on mine (once, lol)

The true "High CRI" version was extremely warm in tint, FYI

@RStype: I thought Malkoff only had M91W until the recent group buy? I have an M91W that puts out around 400lm, curious in my head if this one would have come just after being 500lm. I also have a more recent M91BW but i think that's rated for 600lm.

Also curious about that HDS

so I looked up an old thread from back in 2011 partly of where I got my info from. I did buy this from a sales thread here on CPF from redvalkry. Which is where it's put as an M91NXML.

you are both right
factory low is .3, level 5
programming allows 0.07 lumens, level 1

After talking with you last night briefly about your vr4 wc I subliminally realized I was on the hunt for a wildcat and would try to grab the first one I could and BAM..This one appeared. Sorry, I just had to.

I've bought, played with, and resold many lights in the past years here but these days what I buy I keep. I do remember the vr4 was a great light.
