Battery is on the charger ATM , [ only just arrived in the post ] , so will start test when it comes off the charger ... But for now some pictures to look at .

Battery = Fireworm 3000mA [ claimed ] capacity 18650 with no protection .
I though this might be a re-branded UF3000 so I went for the one without protection , the price is about the same [ protected or not ] so I got one to see how the internal resistance is less the PCB , and to check the claimed capacity .

Dimensions = Length 2.580inch [ 65.54mm ] Diameter 0.725inch [ 18.41mm ]

Well , its not bad , quite frankly , its expensive , but its not a bad battery , has good capacity [ Not 3000mA though ] excellent current delivery , and taking into account the very high current delivered in the first 20 minutes , and in the middle , it could be as good as the WOW 18650 .
Judging a battery by its name = priceless !
But yes , the Chinese do come up with some crazy names ..

Highly doubt it will get more than 2500mAH.

The only 3000mAH true cells on the market to my knowledge are Samsungs. They are very expensive and have a max charging voltage of 4.35v, so most chargers will not fully charge the cells.

Aaaah , the fun is in how low will it go ?
In no way what so ever am I expecting 3000mA capacity .
The quest here is for truth ! Nothing more , and nothing less .

LOL, where do they think up these names.
how about PowerChunk , ElectroVaast , PowNergy, CrystalAmps, ArcAngel , Lithoid , PowerLite , fireworm sounds like a angler that was caught on the sidewalk in the sun.

is the protection curcuit on the TOP on that one? it just looks like there is more size differecne areas on the top than the bottom in the pics.
