Possibly, although I do plan on getting a TLR-1. As of today I ordered a SF C3, L2, and two G2's. It has officially begun

I see you jumped right into the pool. :goodjob:

Wait until you start thinking..."wow, this light is bright, but what if I add/modify the bulb/battery/reflector/lens etc.......oh the possibilities are limitless."

You asked about the Gladius earlier, it's a great light and considering in the last year or less the price has come down from around $300 to $150-$170's it is an even better light. It has a lot of versatility, but if you don't need the strobe function you may be buying wasted features, when that money can be put to better use.

You really can't go wrong with surefires, but don't discount the other manufacturers.

Start modding MagLites and it gets so much better...you'll see how bad a stock mag is/was once you pimp one out.

Have fun and hold on to your wallet.
