Pretty obvious solution that I'm sure many have used, but I thought I would post it to assure folks that they won't cut all the way through their clicky button if they used a very sharp blade and used the back of the light as a level to keep from cutting too deep. It feels like there's still plenty of rubber left where I shaved it off. Much better. I hated the wobble.

good free fix. Just make sure the knife is sharp enough to do it. I bet u can sand it down to make it look smooth haha.

Well, if you have ever had the rubber boot off on one of these switches...you would know that you can see light through them, so they are very thin to begin with. I am guessing that cutting it has greatly reduced its life span, and that soon you will see the switch come poking through. I would not suggest doing this to anybody.

You are right, better not to do it. :(

BTW how do you remove the boot in RRT-0? I assume you have to loosen the metallic ring around it but it's not easy to find a suitable tool.

You have to use a tool from JETBeam. You should be able to get it from your dealer. If you look at the extra rubber boot that came with the light, you will see what I mean. In fact, look at the extra rubber boots for any of the lights you have. They are not very thick.

Hope I didn't steer anyone wrong with this thread. I will update if my boot tears through. So far it's fine. I didn't have to remove much material and it feels pretty solid so far.
