Fixing picture on wall

Any ideas how to "hang" classic picture on the wall without nails?
Picture is like 70x60 cm.
Does stuff like pattex works for that kind of things and if do how to remove it after?
Forgot to say the wall is armored concrete

I've never used the tape on hooks but I have used "monkey hooks"
They leave a small pin hole in sheet rock though.

This is the sort of application that 3M Command strips are designed for, and my experience is that they work as advertised (the one I had fall off the wall took the paint with it - the failure was of the paint adhesion to the wall)
