FM1794 brighter than the WA1111 ?

My eyes may fool me but when I compare them it looks like the FM 1794 is brighter . Is that right or is it a case of more or less flod ? both bulbs are in d26 units .

i have a 9P with FM1794 and 18500's, im gonna try out my new FM 2C body with AW cell lion and a WA1111!!! when i get my AW C cell batts and i'll post!
