Maglite Solitaire is better than Fliklite!

All things being equal Solitaire incan is brighter than a fancy LED light!

I am not a hater of the solitaire and think it does have a place, but an led that is more dim than an incan solitaire is really quite disappointing.

Aren't Fliklites about 20 years old? They were outdated '90s LED technology even then.

It appears as such but I wanted one so bad in 09 and 10. I also wanted an Arc AAA too. So little made me so happy. Build quality over performance.

I had a CMG Infinity Ultra-G in the mid 2000s. Another early single LED light. Really liked that, wish I hadn't lost it.

No but Google does. Green version of the Infinity Ultra with govt markings. CountryComm sold them surplus around 2004. Typical dim 1AA Nichia light but it was a nice one.

Gerber branded and sold them as well. They were available in most sporting goods stores.

I always got that one Solitaire, that did not perform well and got dim/ugly, exactly about the head positon the beam started to get into focus,
so any other AAA light than Solitaire for me.
