Sorry guys was not thinking....did my math wrong....$180 for the light, 8xAA eneloops, 2D to 6AA FM holder,eneloop charger, and reflectors(one sputtered)

and I would say it would be right next to the tk if not better. You can use the stock or sputtered mag ref. both will be included...if you want light runs on 6AA but you will get 8 of them.
