You'll find the KIB at the same level of over-build. If you like the others, you will like the KIB, believe me. I have much (most?) of Mike's work and this is the same height of production.

One thing to note is that the pictures of the KI-B case in the original thread link above are of the prototype I believe.

The case I received is much nicer, in fact much nicer than any case that ever came with anything I ever bought.

I don't think I'll ever EDC the whole setup on my belt, but for secure scratch/dust-proof storage, it rocks.:rock:

It's not the brightest light I own, just the smartest. Perfect for any task you'd ask of a light this size.

I love the way the twisty operates, much easier that tail twisties, and the grooving/knurling is perfect for one-handed operation.

Big Brother is a worthy addition to the KI family.

I got mine today and if anyone is on the fence about getting one of these you better not wait.You will not be disappointed i know i'm not a work of art in a flashlight for sure!!
