Unfortunately, no, this will not drop into any of the other MagLites. It will fit any MagLite that uses a Rebel LED, though. I haven't been able to take apart an XL100 to the point where I can remove the LED module so that one is out, too, unless someone can figure out how they assemble that part of the light.
