Here I have more of these hi-temp PR base to bi-pin sockets with improved design and high quality ready to ship.
No expensive gold plating process to keep the price low.
Very easy to use. No tool needed, no cutting, grinding and no skills. Will fit in stock M*g C and D switch without modification.
Simply push in your G4 bi-pin bulb, Gently tighten set screw and install in your M*g. Will work with all G4 WA bulbs such as: 1111, 1160, 1166, 1185, FM1909, Philips 5761, Osram 64275 and.... Philips 5761.
PR base is mill machined from solid brass, for durability and best electrical connection, then electricaly seperated with hi temp material. No corrosive metal to oxidize, no glue to smoke, no soldering to melt down.
Please G E N T L Y tighten set screw to hold bulb from falling off.
Purpose of set screw is to hold weight of bulb only. Overtightening will cause pinch bulb pin, stock there, strip threads and void warranty. So do NOT show us power of your muscle.

I have tested in M*g 1185 for 50 minutes continuous (overdriven to 11.1 volt) and 2-1/2D M*g for 70 minutes continuous (overdriven to 7.4 volt)
This will work with all FM3" cammed heads and all FM Dual Function and Bi-Focal cammed reflectors.
I do not guarantee to work with any other brand aftermarket reflectors.

Odd

It would seem that i got an unfinished one, i just got my bulbs today and tried to slip one in the holder, but it would not go in the "negative" hole very far, so i backed the set screw all the way out and tried again, still no good. So i got me a much thinner wire and passed it down the hole, and as it turns out the depth off the hole does not even go down to the depth of the set screw hole. :duh2:

Fivemega, I recently bought a deep reflector from you to use on a project. I had a change of plans and didn't use it, but still have the refector and a 2D host that I would like to do something with.

You didn't mention that reflector as being acceptable for this pin and bulb so I'm assuming it's not a match. Can you suggest one that is?

Thanks,
NC

When you using this bi pin socket with G4 bulbs, all Deep Reflectors, Bi-Focal Reflectors, 2.5" Throw Masters and 3" Heads match perfectly and can be used but make sure all mentioned reflectors must be cammed.

Hi, new at this. Looking for 2 of above bi pin adapters and SMO 8.5mm parabolic Mag reflector. Please help - Thanks
