gladius mod .. better late then never !!

Hey guys. I'm new to these parts so bare with me a bit I've read up on the gladius and just wanted some sage like advice I'm willing to do it myself. I read the walk through they had up and it seems very doable cept I'd like some advice on where I should pick up the parts. Thanks for your help any opinions or advice well be appreciated
