glow-poxy? Where to get?

I've seen the mod done a bunch of times, to make the inside of the light glow, I'd like to on several of mine but I can't find a source or vendor to get it done. Any help gladly appreciated. I'd really like to send em off and have em done if anyone would offer to do the service. Thanks a lot

IMO, the best paint and powder comes from Skylighter from glowinc.com.

He is a member here and his product is top notch!
