Good Charger at Retail?

Is there a known decent charger that can be picked up at retail rather than online? Say at a Target, Wal-Mart, Lowes, etc? I see models on here, but am not sure that I can pick them out easily.

I would rather hop out to a store than purchase online.

Aha, good point. I'm looking for a NiMH to charge Eneloops. I have the charger that came with them, but it is evidently not ideal as it charges in pairs. I'm looking for a NiMH charger that charges singles that I can look for in local retail stores.

Take a look at Meijer for this unit under the label Powercell
It works great with eneloops (but only use, at most, two of the four channels so that the higher charge is used).
