A friend is being transferred to Georgetown, Kentucky for work, and is looking for a place to live. Any Kentuckians out there that can give a pointer or two about nice neighborhoods? A townhome in a gated community is preferred, but I have no knowledge whatsoever about Kentucky, so am open to any and all suggestions.
