Good spotlight, max $200 shipped to EU?

Title says it all, long time i've been looking for a spotlight, don't wanna spend more then $200 SHIPPED to the Netherlands so please keep it low :o (wih I could buy a PH50 but hey)
I really need your help because I know alot about handheld led lights but not so much about spotlights and HID's.

If you're going to own just one spotlight it might as well be HID. There aren't many HID's that would fall into that "shipped" price range but the Vector POB (Power on Board) does.

You might want to read any treads having to do with the POB and then read this thread:

I agree, the POB is the one to beat!
And it's fairly cheap.
If you get one, you may want to up-grade the lamp to a 55W H7
4300K.
That's what I'm doing, I just ordered the bulb on eBay from a guy
in Japan.
After I do the up-grade, I will post my opinions.

Insured shipment costs around $65.00. If you can find a hid for also $65.00 it will set you $ 130.00 (or approx. € 100,-back). Keep im mind that the Dutch Customs has new rules regarding buying outside the EU; probably you will have to pay taxes, but only for the item, not the shipment.

Imo still a 'cheap' (:mad: shipment) hid. Also keep in mind your gonna need a power converter (step down) from 220V 2 pin to 110V 3 pin. Those you can buy anywhere (perhaps eBay or your local diy).
