I'll be wheeling the first and second weekends of August. Other than that, Sat evening or Sunday afternoon is good for me.

I use a lot of water and wood chips - Hickory, Mesquite, and recently chips from oak barrels that were used to store Jack Daniels whiskey (has a nice bourbon aroma).

List of hopeful attendees with what they would like to bring. You are not required to bring anything, but it sure does make for a feast. If you would like to bring whatever you want to drink, I will have Water and Coke/Diet Coke. A cooler with ice will be available. If you have any other suggestions regarding menu, just let me know and I will work with it.
