H3 source?

I'm looking to mod a spotlight that I took the battery out of and have been using as a corded only light. It takes an h3 bulb and I'm wanting to stick the highest wattage h3 hid I can either safely or more likely, afford to stick in there. I'm wanting a 4300k bulb. I don't care if I have to buy an auto kit and wind up with two, I'll just do a kit for a bud or something if it works out well enough. Where is the got place you recommend for hid kit or is it better to piece what I want together? Thanks, Tim

I used Retro-Solutions on Ebay for my kit purchase. They have all the "H" varieties but I believe you'll need to by a kit/pair. I was happy with their product and service.

Thanks BVH, from what I'm finding, 50w is going to probably be the highest watt to go with?

50 or 55 Watts from what I remember. Watts at the bulb will probably be around 42 based on some testing I've done. The difference in the two figures is that many sellers quote the input Watts, not Watts he bulbs.
