Hey all. Just found a guy selling a light he claims is a SureFire, but I cant ID it well enough to figure out what model it is, and assuming it works, what it might be worth.

He says it takes 4 lithium batteries. Any ideas?

Looks like a Legoed Surefire.

I see a turbohead, a 6PZ body(is this right?), and I don't know the other parts.

The old M4? Great, now I think I want it.

How does it compare to the new M4? Does it have about the same output and runtime? What do they usually sell for (roughly) in this one's visible (and assumed working) condition?

Why do I want to buy another flashlight all of the sudden? :ohgeez:

It's not an M4, I believe it went by 12z if I remember correctly. The difference is the rogers whatever type grip, and I believe it is not a shock isolated bezel as the M series are. It's rare and it should take any m4 lamps, you decide what it's worth... My c3 with kt2 head and extender is about the same and cost about 180 (without the stock c3 head), I believe

Well great. Just as I decide to buy it, the post disappears. Maybe it's a sign that I need to relax until my E2L gets here...:popcorn:

the 12Z/ZM was a real SF way back when (pre-Millennium series). That head in the pic is a SRTH head, and is pretty rare.

I'm tellin' ya', when something truly interesting shows up, you have to move fast. By the time you mull it over a few hours, it's going to have been seen by another 1000 people, and if it really is rare (and cheap), it won't last more than a :paypal: minute. :mecry:
