Help identify this battery...

Since the nominal voltage is 3.2v, it's likely a LiFePO4 cell.

Aren't LiFePO4 usually advertised as 3.0V instead of 3.2V?

I don't want to assume it's safe chemistry if there's any chance that it isn't. Is there any way to be sure to tell? What else could it possibly be?

Better yet, does anyone know of any safe chemistry c-sized Li cells? Thanks.

Looks like a LiFePO4 battery. Personally I wouldn't buy cells from these chinese companies. The cells if safe, don't generally have good quality control on the internals and die fast.

hi i have these cell and they are LiFePo4 3.2 volt have been using 3 of them to power up wa1185 with no hassell so far better run time as discharge curve is flater then li-po, hope it helps DocD
