Help me bring new life to my Nuwai TM301X-3

I like to starting modding and what better way than reviving my nuwai301x-3 before I start on the kl1. I like to know/ask the pro what type of reflector and cct board to turn this into a thrower and where i can get the parts

You could start by changing the stock orange peel texture reflector with a mirror smooth finish IMS20mm reflector. This will improve throw at the expense of some spill. The IMS20 drops right in and the only thing you have to do to secure it in the bezel is to snug an o-ring between the outer wall of the IMS20 and the inner wall of the bezel.
It's a very easy mod to do provided you can unscrew the head off the body of the flashlight.

Here is a beamshot that shows the difference between the stock reflector and the IMS20.

How difficult is it to disassemble a TM301X-3?

Easy. Think of it as a 2 cell Q3. Head (bezel with lens and reflector), 2 cell body, and a standard tail cap with a High/Low switch.

The only mildly hard thing about disassembly is getting the head to unscrew from the body. There is some thread lock glue on the head threads and you either need to soften up the glue before twisting or very firmly grip the head and body with leather work gloves and reef on it really hard to break the threadlock. Strap wrenches work great for this job.

I've always just heated up the side of the head where the threads are with a small hair dryer and then twisted the head off while wearing work gloves.
