Help me choose my perfect light!

Hello,
I have been lurking on this site for about a month and I am searching for a light in the $80.00 range($100 tops)
I'm LEO and I need a quality flashlight. I have researched many lights and understand the basic concept of the units of measure.

I want 120+ lumens and descent battery life. I do think I like having 2 modes but not necessary. I want something no bigger than about a TK-10 or TL-3. I also am looking for a light that has a good holster/case for my duty bely.

I also get an unlimited supply of lithium CR123 batteries.

I know you guys have strong opinions so let me hear em!! Tell me which you think gives the most bang for the buck, Brightest, best throw, etc. Am I better with a rechargeable even though I have free batteries and if so why.
I would also prefer a light that has future upgradability as I can see myself getting into this light thing.

I have looked at:

Super Tac- seems a little to big at head
TL-3 and TL-2
TK-10 and TK-11
GL3 and P6

I just don't know which way to go.

Definitely, Fenix TK10!

Can´t go wrong on that! There are some reviews around here.... just use the Search Engine!

TK10 all the way. Since you get free 123's it's a great choice.

Eagletac or Fenix or your choice.

Eagletac if you want a bit more output. The Fenix TK11 has more throw then either but the TK10 and Eagletac T10C2 should have a smoother beam.

The Supertac should give the most throw. How much throw do you need? All the lights should throw at least 100 yards.

I do like the beam on the Super tac but the head is just soo big.
The TK-10 has been a definite contender. I just cant find it in stores to touch it/feel it. Its only online. I usually buy online but abuse the local Best Buy in the touch and feel department. I'll look around and if I can catch a coupon or a good sale I'll go with the TK-10 if you all assure me I will be happier with it than any of the others mentioned!!

If you are lucky, you can score an E2DL from Surefire for a little over $100.00. It is one of the finest lights available today.

For the money, it is hard to pass by the Fenix TK10 or TK11 too.

You can also get a Novatac which is alot smaller, more customizeable and an all around fantastic light for less than $100.00.

Out of the lights that I mentioned, I would choose the Novatac 1st, the Surefire E2DL 2nd and the Fenix lights 3rd.

I feel the increased throw of the TK11 is worth more than the smoother beam profile of the TK10 unless you're white wall hunting. If you're using the light primarily for indoors or short range illumination, perhaps you may prefer the TK10. Both light support rechargeables, but only TK11 supports 18650s.

Goatee, where can one pick up an E2DL for $100?
