This is a Rayovac 2xAA 1 watt. I've never done a mod before, so I'd appreciate any recommendations changing out the LED and driver. Since this is my first, I'd probably like to keep it simple and stick to parts from DX, so specific SKUs would be helpful. How much improvement can I expect? Also, it isn't readily apparent to me how to remove and work on the existing LED - any advice?
