Help with a SF M4 build up

I want to buy a Sure Fire M4 and have it bored out to run 2 x 18650's. I also plan to put a Lumens Factory EO-M3T (9V, 450 Lumens) Extreme High Output Lamp Assembly in it for an extremely bright thrower.

Is this even feasbile? Can it be bored out for the 18650's? Will these batteries be enough to get maximum output (at 7.2 volts) for this lamp?

This is my first build and I want to do it right before I buy all the parts. Any advice is appreciated.:thumbsup:

I have heard of people having their M4 series bodies bored to accept 18650 cells, but if you haven't bought the light already, you may be better served just buying the appropriate leefbody (if you can get ahold of one, availability comes and goes) and adding the tailcap and turbohead. You can use a C-C body with the turbohead from the KT1 or KT2, or the C-M leefbody with Millennium Turbo Head, which is sold with the KT4.

The chart above can be read as:
"bulb type, approximate wattage, beginning brightness diminishing to ending brightness in X minutes."

The Lumen ratings I give are estimated torch lumens but should only be compared to other estimates within the chart, they are not SureFire Lumens, they are not bulb Lumens, they are "mdocod" lumens, lol. To roughly convert to SureFire lumens, average beginning and ending estimates. Figure at least +/-10% margin of error.
