HID spotlights startup time

I use HID floodlights on my garage and it takes 3 minutes for them to start, do these Power on Board lights have the same issue?

No. Since they use automotive style lamps and ballasts, they reach full output in about 10 seconds. Also, unlike your HID shop lights, they will restart instantly if the power is interrupted.
